Enrichment Ordering System

SCALE Leadership Academy focuses on Personalized Learning, a philosophy that truly puts every student first by supporting them in honoring and exploring their unique skills, special gifts, talents, and aspirations. Families and their teachers carefully select educational products, such as curriculum, technology items, supplemental enrichment materials, and field trip opportunities, as well as services, such as enrichment lessons and classes to fit their goals. Orders are approved by teachers and must be secular.

Frequently asked questions

I haven’t received the welcome email, why is that?


If you do not receive a welcome email within one week of your completed enrollment, please thoroughly check your Junk and/or Spam folders.




I have checked my Junk and Spam folders and still have not received the welcome email, now what?


Please make sure that you are checking the correct email address. The welcome email will only be sent to the parent/guardian email address on file for your student. If you have not received the welcome email, or are unsure which parent/guardian email address is on file for your student, please contact your teacher.




I’m trying to reset my password, but I am not receiving the password reset email, why is that?


When you reset your password, you are asked to enter your email address, this MUST be the parent/guardian email address on file for your student. If not, the password reset email will not be sent.




How do I edit or remove the "FAQ title"?


If you do not receive the password reset email please thoroughly check your Junk and/or Spam folders.




I have checked my Junk and Spam folders and still have not received the password reset email, now what?


Please contact your teacher for further assistance.




When I log in, one or more of my students is missing, where are they?


Occasionally, students from the same family are associated with different parent/guardians in the family within our Student Information System (School Pathways). When this happens, you will only see the students that are associated with your login. Please contact your teacher to have you added as a parent or guardian in School Pathways for any of your missing students.




The vendor I want to use in my order is not available in the drop-down box, what do I do?


Vendors are separated into two categories, Product vendors and Service vendors. If your vendor is not appearing in the drop-down box, make sure that you selected the correct button when you clicked Add Service or Add Product.




I clicked the correct button when I added my Service or Product, but the vendor I want is still not available in the drop-down box, now what?


To have a product vendor added to Purchase-Portal, please contact your teacher. To have a services vendor added, please contact your teacher and ask them to start the vendor approval process your your vendor.
